At Flower Instincts, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and state the reason for the return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original Flower Instincts box, ensuring all original labels, hangtags, and authentication cards are included to avoid processing delays.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup through our portal.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
